How long does a senior session take? Session length depends on your package: Bronze is 45 minutes, Silver is 90 minutes, and our Gold "Complete Senior Experience" includes two separate 120-minute sessions (one in fall, one in spring). We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to relax and review the plan for your session.

When should I schedule my senior session? Most seniors book their sessions between late summer and early fall (August-October) to have photos ready for graduation announcements and yearbook deadlines. However, we shoot year-round! Our Gold Package clients enjoy capturing both fall and spring sessions to document their entire senior year.

Where do sessions take place? All packages include shooting in downtown Kingsport, which offers beautiful urban backdrops, brick walls, and historic architecture. Additional locations outside downtown are available for $45. Our Gold Package includes two different locations.

When will I receive my photos? Your private online gallery will be ready to view within 1-2 weeks after your session. You'll receive an email with login information to view, share, and purchase from your gallery.

How many photos will I receive? You'll receive every professionally edited image from your session - typically 30-50+ images depending on your package and session length. All images are high-resolution and include full print release.

Can I bring props or my pet? Absolutely! We encourage you to bring items that represent your personality - sports equipment, musical instruments, letter jackets, your car, or even your furry best friend. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

What if it rains on my session day? We monitor weather closely and will contact you if rescheduling is necessary. Your session fee holds your rescheduled date at no additional charge. We can also embrace light rain for dramatic, unique photos if you're adventurous!

Can my parents come to the session? Of course! Parents are welcome to attend and watch. However, we find that seniors are often more relaxed and natural when parents observe from a distance rather than directly behind the photographer.

Do you provide hair and makeup services? We don't provide these services directly, but we're happy to recommend talented local hair and makeup artists. Professional styling can make a big difference in your photos and boost your confidence!

What's included in the cap and gown photos? All packages include complimentary cap and gown photos at no extra charge! Just bring your cap, gown, and tassel to your session. À la carte clients can add cap and gown photos for $95.

How do I book my session? Simply contact us to check availability and reserve your date. A $149 non-refundable session fee is required at booking to hold your spot. This fee applies toward any package purchase.

Can I order prints and products later? Yes! Your online gallery remains active, and you can order prints, albums, and other products anytime. However, we recommend ordering within a few weeks while your excitement is fresh!

What's your cancellation policy? The session fee is non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule your session if needed due to illness, weather, or scheduling conflicts.
